Terms and Conditions of Class Bookings

Group classes can only run with committed clients! When signing up for a half term you are buying your space in that class. Your space will then no longer be available for us to sell to anyone else - its all yours! This ensures the groups are steady which allows for your progression in terms of strength, knowledge and ability. 

Any missed group classes cancelled by the client will be offered as "catch ups" only, not as credits, discounts or refunds.  We have 15+ classes each week all over Cornwall, so we should (with notice) be able to accommodate catch up sessions, as long as people keep us informed of when they are away. Only classes cancelled by Body Restoration due to illness or unforeseen events will be given as a credit for the next half term. 

Discounts

If anybody would like to attend classes but feels the cost needs to be spread out, or requires a discount please contact us to let us know and we'll see what we can do to help. We used to offer an over 60s discount, but soon realised all ages need a helping hand from time to time. This discount system is funded by myself, so please respect that it is reserved for those in need. 

Private Sessions

A private 1:1 class (1 client to 1 teacher) is £50 per hour.

A shared 2:1 class (2 clients to 1 teacher) is £27,50 per hour each (£55 total).

Please contact us to book these classes which may be one off subject to availability or as a regularly repeating weekly or fortnightly session.

Private 1:1 and shared  2:1 classes require payment either in advance via BACS or on the day with cash or cheque. A 24 hour minimum notice period is required if you wish to cancel. Less than 24 hours notice will result in the full cost needing to be met.
