Terms and Conditions of Booking – Group Classes and Small Group Classes
Classes are run in half term blocks, length varies between 5-8 weeks. All classes must be booked and paid for in full, 7 days in advance of the first day of term. If you are unable to attend any classes, a refund cannot be given, and classes cannot be carried over to the next term. However, subject to availability, and as long as you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice that you will not be able to attend, we may be able to offer a ‘catch up class’ in another class. Terms and Conditions of Booking Private Sessions
1:1 2:2:1 and 3:2:1 private classes are arranged at mutually convenient times for teachers and clients. Payment is made on the day by cash or cheque or via BACS. Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy for these sessions, so in order to avoid being charged if you cannot make the session please let us know 24 hours in advance of the session
Class Cancellation
In the unlikely event that a teacher is unwell and unable to teach, we will do everything we can to find a suitable cover teacher. Will do not issue refunds if a cover teacher of suitable standing has been arranged. If we cancel a class due to teacher illness, or inclement weather, you will either be offered a refund or you can choose to deduct the fee from your next block of classes. Please ensure you contact details are up to date at all times.
How to arrange a catch up class
